Ordering, Payments, and Billing
When you place an order with Mr Connector, you are making an offer to purchase the goods in your basket. We will send an order acknowledgement email, but acceptance only occurs when we dispatch your goods. All prices include VAT where applicable at the current UK rate. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments. Payment is taken at the point of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable or if there are pricing errors.
We provide professional-grade products primarily for UK contractors. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items ordered are suitable for your specific application and meet all relevant safety standards for your trade. We aim to keep all stock levels accurate, but if an item is out of stock after you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative.
Delivery, Returns, and Liability
We deliver across the UK using reliable couriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. For returns, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us at hello@mrconnector.co.uk. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Mr Connector's liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect losses or site delays caused by delivery issues. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
